Helping us provide timely care to all our patients

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, when you miss an appointment without letting us know or cancel at short notice, another patient misses out on receiving treatment.

To ensure fairness and availability to everyone, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment.

If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice:

• A missed appointment fee of £25 may be charged.

• This fee covers a portion of unused clinical time.

• Rest assured, first time honest mistakes and true emergencies will be handled with compassion.

1. Call us/leave a message: If you know your availability has changed, please contact us as soon as possible. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message on the answer phone.
2. Letting us know early: This allows us to offer the appointment to someone on our waiting list and we can rebook your appointment at a more convienient time for you.
